The chef sits quietly contemplating tomorrows dinner menu. Fresh baby arugula and spinach greens dressed with sauteed garlic and bacon. Extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon, sea salt and chef's favorite herb seasoning finish off a lovely salad.
